Calm and Ease

Someone shared this great little poem by the Zen buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh, a great breathing exercise especially if one feels a little out of sorts or stressed out – from his original speech “Healing is indeed possible through resting“.  Try breathing in and say the first word and breathing out and say the second.

In, out.

Deep, slow.

Calm, ease.

Smile, release.

Present moment,

Wonderful moment.
