Check Our Digital Stress and Cherish Our Brains

While I enjoy blogging just as much as you do, with all the information on the web, the gadgets of the computers, the social media platforms, the apps, YouTube, and other video channels, it is good to remind ourselves that we may be over multi-tasking on the web, and we do need to take a break from our digital environment, as well as adopt techniques to lesson the digital stress.  Hoping to share this useful information about our brain and digital stress.  We need to cherish our brains, breathe more fresh air, and pick up a book (not digital)!
